Distant Reiki works by connecting to Reiki energy and using the Distance Healing symbol to send energy to a person, group, place, or situation. I like to have a name & a picture of the recipient while activating the distance symbol.
The 1 hour is made up of a consultation pre and post reiki session and 45minutes of delivering Reiki.
